Garden office needed its own supply. They ran armoured cable across the lawn, made good the trench so you’d never know, and everything’s on its own protected circuit. Warm, dry and lit before the plasterer arrived.

Called about a burning smell from a socket. They took it seriously straight away, came the same afternoon, and found an overloaded extension behind the sofa. Could have charged me for all sorts — just fixed it and gave me sensible advice.

Second-fixed our single-storey extension after the builders. Turned up when they said, coordinated with the kitchen fitter without any fuss, and the certificate went to Building Control for us. One less thing to chase.

Older lady living on my own and nervous about tradespeople. They were patient, explained everything in plain English, and left the place spotless. Dawn even called the next day to check I was happy. Rare these days.

Outside lights and a couple of weatherproof sockets for the patio. Small job, but treated like it mattered. Fair price, proper RCD protection, and they cleared up as they went.

Partial rewire upstairs after we found perished cabling in the loft. They only did what actually needed doing and said the ground floor was fine for now — didn’t try to sell us a full rewire. Trustworthy, which is what you want with wiring.
