Martin Redfern wired his first house in 1987 and started this firm eleven years later with one van and a pager. Karen has run the accounts since 2003 — every invoice, every supplier statement. Their son Jack joined as our apprentice in 2019, qualified in 2023, and now leads the EV and smart-home side.
Dawn has answered the phone since 2011 and remembers which customers have a dog. Ish runs the big jobs. We’re big enough to run a rewire and still answer a same-day callout — and small enough that the person who quotes your job is the person whose name is on the van.
