Haslemere sits high and green, wrapped around Lion Green and the High Street, with Blackdown and the Devil’s Punch Bowl on the doorstep. The properties match the setting: large detached houses tucked down private lanes, converted cottages in Shottermill and Grayswood, and a good number of homes that sit a fair way from the nearest neighbour — and sometimes from a straightforward mains route.

That geography shapes the work.
